How to guide for Microsoft team’s chat
Welcome to another installment of frequently asked questions/how to guide.
This quick guide will cover “How to change your chat density”:
Depending on your monitor size and viewing preference, you might want to change the amount of spacing that appears in chat messages. Whether you want to optimize to see more text at once or read less text at a more comfortable level.
How to change your theme
1. Select the ellipsis (…) in the upper right corner, next to your initials or profile picture.
3. Then select General:
4. Under Chat Density, choose the density you would like to apply.
Note: You will be able to choose between two different chat density (Comfy, Compact).
Example of Comfy:
(You’ll now see more space in and between your messages).
Example of Compact:
(You’ll now see more of the chat and a wider box where you type messages).
