You may have Restarted or Powered your computer off and when logging back in all your desktop icons are missing or you see the below message:



Please try the following steps:


1.  Click the system tray---->look for the VPN icon




2.  If it shows "disconnected" ----> click the three lines

  • It should prompt you for a login, if you are not prompted for a login, go to the below step
  • Click the three horizontal lines, look for:  "login" or "Refresh Connection Setting" click either option depending on what you see



3. Once you have established a connection and the VPN shows "Connected" log out of your computer and log back in.

  • Keep in mind that this process may take 4-5 minutes
  • Restarting your computer stops the process and all the steps will have to be repeated


Logging out of your computer


1. Click the "Start" button



2. Hover your mouse cursor over the "power" button and a sub menu will appear---->click your name




3.  Click: Sign Out---->Log back in after sign out has completed
