Webex Messaging Known Issues:  

The following are current constraints that we are aware of and that Webex is currently working toward improving between their meeting and messaging tools:  

  •  Outlook calendar currently synchronizes with Webex Meetings  - it does not yet synchronize with Webex messaging.  

             What you can do:   Within the training guides, review the "how to" on setting your personal status using the left navigation 

  • When clicking on the Webex icon or logging in, the Webex application is kicking the user out.                                                                                                                   What you can do:  As soon as this issue arises, please open a ticket with the helpdesk as they will need to reinstall Webex on your desktop.
