UAM = User Access Management is how access is requested.
Accessing UAM is done by bringing up a browser, and typing UAM:
The select the Request Resource Access TAB and locate the name of the user looking for access.
Next, scroll down the list of applications, select the role(s) you need. Do not select the top item as it will select all the roles below. This will be auto-declined.
