Adding a Printer 


Hit the windows key on your keyboard (usually next to the left CTRL key on your keyboard).  The Start panel opens and you can see the search field.



Type \\printer in the search field and hit enter

A window will open and you will see a list of printers.  Select the printer you want to use by double clicking it. (All IMPAC printers are labeled with Printer Name and I.P. Address) You can also type the first few digits of the printer name to find the printer.



The printer will install



When the printer is installed and ready for use, you will see the print queue window for the printer you just installed on your desktop. The next time you print, the printer you installed will be available for your use.
